Tatami rashguards are made from a blend of polyester and spandex. Polyester is made from short fibers, which can make the material prone to fabric pilling. By following these helpful tips, you can keep your rashguard looking great and lessen the likelihood of pilling.

• Machine wash, in a cold gentle cycle
• We suggest using a delicates net to protect the rashguard from getting roughed up in the washing machine
• Do not wash with bleach
• Hang or lay rashguard flat to dry
• Do not iron the rashguard
• Avoid hook and loop, it will pull out the polyester fibers and can ruin a rashguard or pair of spats
• Do not wash your rashguard with items that have hook and loop on them
• Watch for loose threads and trim them as they appear
