    The Suspended Sports Practice Net allows athletes to practice swings at home, whether you are a baseball/softball player or golfer! It is designed with a large net that attaches to most garage doors or open spaces with connection points. The net features a fiberglass bottom pole that provides structure and reduces kick back to better collect balls during practice. The lightweight net can easily be rolled up and stored away when not in use. The connection points are easy to setup and are secure enough to take on hard hits. It is built durably to hold up through many seasons of training.
