    Durable and lightweight, the SKLZ Pro Training Soccer Defender is a versatile training aid for soccer. Helping players of all levels train and improve their passing, dribbling, shooting and goal keeping, the mannequin's lightweight build means it can be moved easily throughout practice. The wide base and rotational tension design helps the mannequin stay upright, and the multi-material construction makes every deflection more realistic and authentic. Featuring a unique silhouette, it more accurately mimics real defender action for better visual training. The mannequin is ideal for everyday practice and pre-game warmup. It easily breaks down to 3.5 feet for convenient transport and storage. The Pro Training Soccer Defender features a durable aluminum center spine and a sturdy base with 4-inch spikes for use on outdoor grass.
