    Our shipping rates may apply on certain items. If you are purchasing multiple items and one or more items require shipping fees, your shipping charges may change. The shipping rates listed in your checkout page are the rates that will apply on the order. In order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, your order will be drop shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse directly.

    STARLIT PARTNER uses FedEx to make your order shipment. Items are shipped by either Home Delivery or Ground unless faster delivery is selected and paid for at the time of purchase. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street address for shipping. Currently, we cannot ship orders internationally, to freight forwarders or to APO/FPO/Military addresses either. Due to security reasons, any order with incomplete or invalid shipping address will be cancelled.

    For all orders $500 or more via FedEx, a delivery signature is required for receipt of the product and we can only deliver to the address that you have provided on your order. If signature is required, please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package. FedEx will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to the address on your order. After 3 delivery attempts, you can contact regarding the address of the FedEx Ground Station. If the item is not picked up within a certain time, they will ship the item back to us. Refund will only be issued after we receive the item back.

    						If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items within 30 days of receipt.

    Items must be originally sold by STARLIT PARTNER on eBay. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with STARLIT PARTNER; all other instance; Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

    Please allow a minimum of 6 business days for us to receive, process your return and issue a refund. You’ll be notified via eBay once we’ve processed the returned product(s). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
