Q&A: Why is there oil on the glass lampshade ?
– The stained glass lampshde may be oxidized during transportation due to large temperature changes. In order to prevent the stained glass from being oxidized, a layer of oil is applied to its surface. During use, when the temperature rises after turning on the lamp, the oil will slowly evaporate, which will not affect the use and the beauty of the ceiling light fixture.

Note:
– The colors of lampshade will appear darker and less vibrant when not illuminated,and the colors may vary depending of bulbs you are using.

Return Policy:
All non-defective, undamaged products must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Everything should be returned in original box if you don’t need/want it.

3. Do not connect electricity until your fixture is fully assembled.
4. Please always turn off and unplug fixture and allow it to cool prior to replacing light bulb.
5. Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on or look directly at lit bulb. Keep flammable materials away from lit bulb.
