- Refund Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Return Shipping: For standard returns (change of mind), the buyer covers return shipping to our US warehouse. For defective/wrong items, we cover it.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days to major Canadian cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton). Rural and northern areas may take 5-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What if an item is out of stock?
Because we source from multiple US suppliers, stock can occasionally change. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you within 24 hours and offer either a full refund or a comparable alternative product at the same price.
Why are your prices lower than Amazon.ca?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes via USPS for most products. However, oversized or heavy items may require a street address for UPS delivery. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you.
