At GetaSave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds for auto parts shipped to Canada.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled — parts that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned
- In original packaging — including all hardware, brackets, and instructions
- Free from damage — parts damaged during installation are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts that have been installed or connected (sensors, coils, modules)
- Gaskets, seals, or adhesive products once packaging is opened
- Fluids, lubricants, or chemical products
- Custom-cut or special-order parts
Defective or Wrong Parts
If you receive a defective part or the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getasave.com
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the defective item in most cases
- If return is required, we cover the return shipping cost
How to Request a Return
- Email info@getasave.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item to our US warehouse address (provided in the return email)
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
- Wrong/defective item: We cover return shipping
- Changed your mind: Buyer pays return shipping to our US warehouse in Florida
- Tip: Use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal). Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Your bank may take an additional 2-3 business days to post the credit
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, the order may have already shipped and cannot be cancelled — follow the return process above.
