When bearings press directly into the frame it is important that the
bearings are of the highest quality and the bearings in the BB90 are
exactly that. They are highly polished so they are smooth to spin and
last a long time. The seals on the bearings protect the bearings and
races from dirt and water that try to make their way in.

FEATURES:

  • Ti Ceramic Bearing Technology,  features proprietary Titanium Nitride coated stainless steel races and cones.
  • TiN nano-technology surface treatments fill stainless steel pores making the bearing races smoother, harder, and more durable than standard stainless races.
  • This product is lighter stiffer smoother and will last longer than other ceramic and steel bearings.
  • Ti Ceramic bearings are 60% lighter than steel bearings
  • Ti Ceramic Bearings produce up to 60% less friction
  • Ti Ceramic Bearings are 15-20% stiffer than steel ones

     Lifetime Product Warranty:
    Always
 have OMNI Racer products installed by a qualified mechanic, or 
carefully follow directions provided with the product.  Always use a 
torque wrench and torque bolts as specified.
    Limits
 of the Warranty: At its sole discretion, OMNI Racer agrees to repair or
 replace products deemed by OMNI Racer to be defective in materials 
and/or workmanship. OMNI Racer reserves the right to replace product 
with like replacements that may have graphics or finishing different 
from the original part.
    

    
Explanation of Warranty: It is the product users responsibility to 
examine the product on a regular basis to determine the need for service
 or replacement.  Not covered under this warranty are the following:
    • OMNI Racer products that have been modified, neglected, or poorly maintained.

    • OMNI Racer products that have been used in stunt riding, or for commercial use.
    • Damage to products improperly installed or repaired.
    • Damage from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship such as a users lack of skill, competence, or experience.
    • Any labor costs associated with the removal, replacement, or reassembly of the product.
    • Normal wear and tear during use of the product
